Christmas 2025 Extended Returns Policy: Any items purchased between 1st October 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned or exchanged up until 25th January 2026*. We know Christmas shopping can start early, and we want you to do it with complete confidence. That’s why we’ve extended our returns period for the festive season, giving you extra time and flexibility.

Whether you’re getting ahead on your gifting or shopping closer to the big day, you can relax knowing there’s no rush if something isn’t quite right. Our usual returns process still applies — items should be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

This extended window is designed to make gifting simpler and stress-free, so you can shop early, avoid the crowds and focus on enjoying the festive season.

*Please note: this policy excludes gift experiences, personalised gifts and consumable items.
